Cupo, ipnotizzante, visionario e ambiguo, senza per questo risultare incomprensibile, il Cigno Nero trasfigura simbolicamente l’inarrestabile discesa negli inferi di un animo che ha rigettato il male nella stessa maniera in cui rigetta il piacere: inconsapevolmente, senza appello.
Ma il male non è qualcosa che si può sotterrare senza conseguenze, negandolo come un misfatto senza testimoni.
Il lato oscuro, che nel film assume le sembianze dell’erotismo, rappresentato da una Mila Kunis perfetta nella sua scandalosa naturalezza, dell’invidia e dell’ambizione, esige di incarnarsi nella regina dei cigni per condividere la scena con il suo candido alter-ego.
Si tratta in fondo dell’eterno dilemma dell’essere umano, in bilico tra bene e male, alla perenne ricerca di un compromesso, consapevole che se convivere con entrambi vuol dire giocare col fuoco, rinunciare a uno di essi è peccato mortale. Non si può odiare il cigno nero senza rimpiangerlo, senza sentirne la mancanza con un dolore tale che può condurre fin sull’orlo della pazzia.
Il film insegna che quello che celiamo con più accortezza, quello che non riusciamo ad accettare, quando trova uno spiraglio per uscire allo scoperto non può che trionfare, forte degli anni passati a nascondersi, a covare, come un germe che infetta tutto ciò che incontra sul suo cammino.

Ma soprattutto, un film dalla duplice lettura: intrigante se possedete un’accentuta vena psicologica, semplicemente godibile se siete amanti del thriller.
